Who should use 40/5

40/5 is what developers, writers, and designers use when 25 minutes isn't enough to load a problem. Two or three blocks per morning is a great day.

How to run it

  1. Pick ONE task and write it down.
  2. Open Promodify and set the focus length to 40 minutes, break to 5.
  3. Start. Phone in another room.
  4. At the bell, stop and take the full 5-minute break.
