If 50 minutes feels too long, 25/5 is the right starting point. Use it for admin work, studying flashcards, code review, and email triage.
How to run it
- Pick ONE task and write it down.
- Open Promodify and set the focus length to 25 minutes, break to 5.
- Start. Phone in another room.
- At the bell, stop and take the full 5-minute break.
