30/5 Pomodoro Timer
30 minutes of focus, 5 minutes of break. 30/5 is a deep-work interval — long enough to load hard problems, short enough to avoid burnout.
Who should use 30/5
30/5 is what developers, writers, and designers use when 25 minutes isn't enough to load a problem. Two or three blocks per morning is a great day.
How to run it
- Pick ONE task and write it down.
- Open Promodify and set the focus length to 30 minutes, break to 5.
- Start. Phone in another room.
- At the bell, stop and take the full 5-minute break.
