Pomodoro vs time blocking.
Two of the most popular productivity methods. They solve different problems — and they work even better together.
Pomodoro = how you work
Short focused intervals (typically 25 minutes) with forced breaks. Fights distraction and procrastination in the moment.
Time blocking = when you work
You assign every hour of the day to a specific task on the calendar. Fights "what should I do next?" decision fatigue.
Combine them
Time-block your day on Google Calendar. Inside each block, run Pomodoros with Promodify. You get the calendar discipline and the in-session focus.
