A DeskTime study of 5.5 million logs found the most productive 10% of workers averaged 52 minutes on, 17 minutes off. Promodify lets you run that rhythm in a browser tab.

Why it works

52 minutes is long enough to enter flow but short enough that attention doesn't degrade. 17 minutes is enough recovery for the prefrontal cortex without losing context.
